About this experience

We invite companies and schools to participate in our workshops​,​ to improve their self-development and understanding of working in a multiethnic environment. In this workshop participants will work on the following topics: -Stereotypes and prejudice overcoming -Traditions and modernism​,​ traditional health myths and prejudice -What makes people vulnerable -The key to integration The workshops aim at better understanding attitudes​,​ assumptions​,​ knowledge and skills as a worker​/​student. You will reflect upon and audit your own cultural background and cultural competence. This is a process that should be continually a part of individual professional development; constantly enhancing the examination of our skills as employee​/​student and how we might need to develop them in order to best meet the needs of working in a multiethnic environment. Self-reflection and its action component​,​ reflexivity (creating change through self-reflection) is​,​ therefore​,​ a crucial stage in thinking about how we might improve our behavior and services​,​ seek information or ideas that would enhance our individual knowledge or challenge assumptions that may negatively affect our behavior. The workshop can be conducted on the following languages: Bulgarian​,​ English​,​ French​,​ Russian.
